Melanie Reda joined the Board of Directors in March 2014 after serving as Sponsorship Coordinator in 2013 for COAR Peace Mission. She graduated Ohio Northern University with a BSBA in International Business and Economics and a minor in Spanish in 2007. Shortly thereafter, she served in Peace Corps Guatemala as a Healthy School Facilitator working with rural elementary schools to develop infrastructure and healthy hygiene habits.

Since her return to the United States in 2010, Melanie has continued to work in rural communities and with small businesses as an entrepreneur and small business owner. Her business, Delegate serves small businesses, nonprofits, and families in need of fulfillment and office support services. She currently lives in Shaker Square and is happy to continue her service to Central America and El Salvador’s youth.
